Team Rideshare USA was founded by Kenneth Chandy and Darius McCray out of the abundance of experience they gained working with rideshare companies across the country. We took everything we learned — the marketing, the recruiting, the launches, the wins and the setbacks — and shaped it into a cooperative pathway where drivers can move toward ownership and profit participation.
Our story
We started exactly where many drivers start: on the road, learning the business one trip at a time. Along the way we explored, created, rejuvenated and integrated both technology and pure ground-level outreach to build something bigger than a gig.
Through street teams and direct marketing, we put out over a million marketing pieces in three different cities. We helped build teams and launch activity in markets including Arizona, California and Las Vegas, generating massive income in the rideshare marketing space.
That experience taught us what works, what does not, and who gets left behind. We created Team Rideshare USA to share what we have learned and to train others to do what we do best — while pointing drivers toward a model built for long-term ownership, not short-term shifts.
