Our track record
Long before Team Rideshare USA, our founders were building street teams for the biggest names in rideshare. We recruited promoters, outfitted crews, and put thousands of sign-up cards into high-traffic areas — and made real money doing it. Here's a look at the campaigns that built our reputation.

Uber & Lyft street campaigns
During Uber's aggressive expansion, our crews worked the busiest pedestrian zones in Las Vegas — handing out free-ride-credit cards and signing up new riders on the spot. We built the team, outfitted them, and managed the field operation end to end.

1000s
of referral cards placed in high-traffic areas every campaign cycle — each one a tracked, payable conversion.
We recruited, trained, and outfitted promoter teams — shirts, badges, lanyards, and talking points — ready to represent the brand on day one.
Our teams worked the Las Vegas Strip, convention corridors, and event zones — putting sign-up cards directly into riders' hands where foot traffic never stops.
Tens of thousands of referral cards distributed. Every card carried a trackable code, and every activated rider meant real revenue for the team.
With Lyft, we went bigger: corner activations with branded tents and flags, event teams, a mobile mustache activation, and card-kitting operations that moved massive volume. Our team leads ran recruiting, training, and field logistics across multiple markets.

Branded tents, feather flags, and promo teams stationed on busy corners and community events — a visible, professional presence across the city.
We developed promoter trainees into team leads, ran onboarding, and managed field operations — including mobile activations with the iconic Lyft mustache.
Free-ride-credit cards packaged, kitted, and distributed by the bag — thousands of pieces per campaign, each one a tracked sign-up opportunity.
We never relied on one channel. For Uber and Lyft we constantly looked for new ways to get the word out — engineering custom counter display boxes, mailing pilot kits to hotels and venues, and printing referral codes onto restaurant placemats. Every method was built to penetrate the market where people already were.

We designed custom branded display boxes — stocked with referral cards and treat placements — and placed them on the counters of businesses all over the city, turning everyday foot traffic into sign-ups.
We built a pilot mailer program: small flat-rate shipments with four to five display boxes inside, sent to hotels and venues interested in testing the boxes on their counters before committing to a full rollout.
We partnered with barbecue spots and restaurants to print referral codes right on the placemats — so every diner sitting down for a meal saw a rideshare credit offer while they ate.
In this business, what you put in someone's hand decides everything — the language, the colors, the offer, and how specifically it speaks to the person reading it. Our in-house creative team designed every piece below: front-and-back redemption cards, event-themed runs, and cross-brand combos that stacked multiple revenue centers onto a single handout.

Color, layout, and verbiage aren't decoration — they're strategy. Every card we put in someone's hand was built to be read, kept, and activated, with step-by-step redemption instructions right on the back.
We themed creative to the moment — Life Is Beautiful festival guest-list cards, Halloween 'Party Responsibly' runs, golf tournament giveaways — matching the offer to the crowd standing in front of us.
We constantly reimagined the space — pairing rideshare credits with partners like audiobooks.com on a single card, so one handout could activate two offers and two revenue streams at once.
Creativity didn't stop at rider cards. We built driver recruitment material with the same intensity — bold earning promises and text-to-apply codes — and we tracked everything. Every campaign ran on tracked coupon codes, every week produced a report, and those reports turned directly into payouts for the team.

We didn't just market to riders — we designed driver recruitment campaigns with big, clear earning promises and simple text-to-apply calls to action that kept the driver pipeline full.
Each campaign ran on its own coupon codes. Weekly download-and-activation reports showed exactly which teams, cards, and placements were producing — so we doubled down on what worked.
Hundreds of activations per week per market added up fast. Team earnings were tallied by the code, paid out by the envelope — real money, on the table, every pay cycle.
The same street-team engine that powered Uber and Lyft sign-ups is now recruiting drivers and riders for the driver-owned cooperative. Join the team or partner with us.
